Honey, mango and papaya come together in this 100% Arabica single coffee origin from Colombia.

A Specialty Coffee born of a magical and unique land, characterized by a round body and a sweetness destined to last for a long time.

A masterpiece personally curated by Don Rigoberto Herrera, owner of the award-winning “Cafe Granja La Esperanza”. Farm which has made a name for itself in recent years for its highly experimental approach in the processing of Specialty Coffees.

Their creations are concentrated in 3 farms: Las Margaritas, Cerro Azul and Potosì

The Nano batch of Specialty coffees that we were able to select is a Red Bourbon processed with the Honey method. It undergoes fermentation between 19 and 22 hours with which it is possible to extrapolate the noblest flavors from these special beans.

The varietal, called Red Bourbon, is known for its flavor distinctly sweet and delicate.
