A Special Coffee dried in the sun

Brazil Natural Pico Mirante comes from Brazil, from the Sud Minas Gerais region, in the Monte Belo area. Cultivated in bright sunshine in an altitude between 1.100 and 1.200 mt above sea level from Adolfo Henrique Vieira Ferreira, it is the result of one of the most known Special Coffee variety, Yellow Bourbon. The harvest is between June and August and the production method is the oldest: the natural one. After the picking of Brazil Natural Pico Mirante, the bean are eased to the floor and they are dried in the sun. The natural method doesn’t need water resources, that’s why it is used in Brazil, and the working protects the envinroment.

An important Special Coffee.

The natural process, apparently easy, is actually a process that needs attention because the beans, in the sun, have to be turned over constantly for a homogeneuos drying. But it is also a working method that gives particular aroma to the beans; the aromas can be precious if all the phases are carefully treated. Casa Fiorilli artisan work makes Special Coffee Brazil Natural Pico Mirante a coffee with important and pasty body, characterised by impalpable acidity that highlights sweet chocolate and brittle perception. The aftertaste recalls malt and walnuts, creating a warm atmosphere.
