The natural process, apparently easy, is actually a process that needs attention because the beans, in the sun, have to be turned over constantly for a homogeneuos drying. But it is also a working method that gives particular aroma to the beans; the aromas can be precious if all the phases are carefully treated. Casa Fiorilli artisan work makes Special Coffee Brazil Natural Pico Mirante a coffee with important and pasty body, characterised by impalpable acidity that highlights sweet chocolate and brittle perception. The aftertaste recalls malt and walnuts, creating a warm atmosphere.
