The selected micro lot is a masterpiece by the master grower Oscar Robles, a passionate producer in the world of specialty coffees for over twenty years.

It comes from the Verapaz area, a thriving region in the north of Guatemala characterized by a calcareous and clayey composition of the subsoil that transmits a marked minerality to the beans.

The warm winds, coming from the nearby Mexican plateau, protect the plantation from night frosts and contribute to the optimal development of the beans with a fine and persistent acidity.

The drupes are harvested and selected by hand and mechanically dried for about 40 hours at a constant temperature of 40C °.

The result in the cup is an explosion of tropical fruits with alcoholic references of cherry liqueur. Oranges and spices in the aftertaste.
