SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
The delivery times of the goods are indicative, expressed in working days and do not include the time required to toast the coffee. In this regard it is important to know the Roasting Days: in Fiorilli Caffè the roasting takes place twice a week, on Monday and Thursday.
If the order is placed from Monday to Wednesday until 00.00, the coffee will be toasted on Thursday and shipped on Friday. If the order is made from Thursday to Sunday until 00.00, the roasting will take place on Monday and the shipment will start on Tuesday.
For orders of at least € 30, shipping is free with courier for Italy. Shipping is also free to many countries in Europe in the event of an order over € 60.

Shipment to other countries
Currently Fiorilli Caffè can ship to a limited number of countries in addition to those listed above. Shipping rates to these countries vary based on total spend and shipping country and are quoted at checkout after the delivery address has been provided by the user.
Duties and custom duties
The intended customer is the importer of the purchased goods and therefore is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country.
Orders sent outside of Italy may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees charged by the country of destination.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and other levies, which are imposed when a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. These costs, together with any other additional cost for customs clearance, are the responsibility of the recipient; Fiorilli Caffè has no control over these costs and cannot therefore provide any estimate of the costs themselves.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; it is advisable to contact the local customs office before ordering for further information. If customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Wrong adress of delivery or failure delivery
The customer is responsible for indicating in the order a correct and manned address during normal office hours. Generally, the courier, after the first delivery attempt, requires the recipient to set a time anyway for the second and third attempts. After three failed delivery attempts, the package is generally sent back to our office. In these circumstances Fiorilli Caffè can not be held responsible for non-delivery and further delivery attempts will be at the customer’s expense.
Change of shipping rates
Our logistic service providers update their shipping rates on a regular basis. Fiorilli Caffè undertakes to keep this page up-to-date, therefore, the above information and rates may change at any time without notice. Fiorilli Catering S.a.s also reserves the right to cancel at any time and without notice, before the goods are shipped to the customer, any order reimbursing the full amount paid by the customer. In this case, nothing more will be due from Fiorilli Catering S.a.s to the customer.
